Hello, I was a subscriber it charged me yesterday morning and I didn’t receive any of my gifts

There were some payment issues on your end and you were sent an Event about the issues, unfortunately you did not act upon those and set up your subscription after the rewards for this month were already sent out (they are sent out around 5 AM TCT on 1st of the month). The rewards for your current subscription will be provided on 1st June.

I didn’t get any notifications ? Is the iPhone app buggy?

In an unrelated manner, the iOS manner is no longer supported, so if you want to troubleshoot any issues with it in the future, refrain from deleting it as you won't be able to re-install it. Clearing cache would be the only thing to "fix" the issues.
