You had unlocked the requirements for Frontline Fitness gym (you did not purchase the membership). However the special gyms require you to fulfil the pre-requisites to keep it unlocked. If your stat balance changes, you will lose access to the gym. You don't have to re-purchase the gym membership if you have bought it already. You no longer meet the requirements to access Frontline fitness, you can read about it here.

I'm sorry, totally apologize, really didn't realize I only bey 12000, I should have just checked myself. And I didn't know about the special gyms. Thanks for the clarification. Dang man I feel stupid, I just missed some 0s on blackjack and should have read the wiki on the special gym
