Why don't the "Total games" include the pushes? If this is accurate, wouldn't this be a horrible 58% loss rate?

A push would be a plus one for each side as a win with no multiplier applied so it would be misleading. Standard blackjack odds count pushes separately as it is not a win or a loss. So the actual odds in this case would be: 42% win; 8.42% (ish) chance to push with the dealer winning the rest. Long story short yes your odds of winning are crap, but pushes should be taken into account separately from a loss. Also keep in mind torn uses an 8 card deck so the odds remain about real life casino standard, at least for this game.
