Theres a bug in the attacking system where when its a "tie" your hit isnt always counted. Basically they cannot fix it so they tell you to deal with it. Theres a older bug report about this and that was the end conclusion after they couldnt fix it.

I'm also gonna point out that there was a full minute on your chain after Duke hit you, I think it's fairly rich to be calling Duke out for breaking your chain when the reality is you guys just fumbled that bag as a unit...
