Whenever I send a message to anyone (guild, private, it doesn't matter) I get a 403 error. It works on my phone, but just not from my PC. It's been like this for about a month. I figured it would fix itself eventually, but no luck. Halp?

Things I've tried:
1.) I've disabled ALL of my extensions.
2.) Closed my browser.
3.) Cleared cache and cookies.
4.) Restarted my machine.

EDIT: At least I could make this post to the forum from my PC

Which browser are you using on your PC? Is this happening in another browser or is it limited to only your main browser?

Can you replicate the issue in Incognito mode in Chrome with all of your scripts and extensions turned off?
