I'm going to be upgrading my system. What aspects of the game is everyone looking forward to? I'm curious to see how they handle the outposts, fleets, and piracy.
I think I will wait a few months to let devs patch the game. I know how buggy Bethesta games are at release (especially the ones big this size) but definitely looking forward to playing it.
Sucks to lose all steam mods... But i guess there is still Nexus. And then there are the console peasants, that i really don't know how do they enjoy bathesda's broken games.
What, that sad excuse of a "mod shop" in skyrim where they stole a bunch of community mods?
So much so that didn't even realize they had included genitalia textures... I mean, its better than nothing, but considering the universe of mods for both elder scrolls and fallout, that barely scratches the surface. Heck Loverslab has more mods then what they had there, and they just have porn ones basicly.
I am going to play with Game Pass too, have no idea how Bethesda mods works on Xbox, so fingers crossed. Anyway, I never play with serious game altering mods anyway. I always use QOL mods, if possible, if not none at all. I prefer games as devs designed it. I guess I am a console pleb in core although played more than 90% of my games on PC.
Skyrim for example has full fan made expansions with hundreds of playtime, new zones, new items, lore friendly... Heck they even voiced many of them.
Then there is the bug fixing mods, the QoL mods, the rebalancing mods (so that you dont have to end up as an archer) and yes the meta breaking mods, and those you think if anything in this world is worth any kind of salvation...
So yeah console users do lose a lot... Still, probably better to have a limited experience than not experience it at all i guess...
