Any star company, really. If you're looking to:
— get a boost because you want to rank up, and you know you're close to it (by looking at your competitors in the newspaper)
— not lose a star if one of your employees is inactive or missing
— make big price changes in the coming week and want to make sure everything goes smoothly.
