This is all true. He's going to purchase Mars too and make it a massive Torn LARPing map. Once there you will have to "play Torn" (which mostly consists of assembling/maintaining colony modules, mining resources and growing food) for 45 year before you can apply for a return flight. Once per hour, you can say "Praise Musk" to reduce the time by twelve seconds.

when someone is always reported they should be rate limited before banned imo - outright bans take forever to process, so rate limiting may be a better option; if they continue, ofc banning is the best bet after
