    If you have too many things in your inventory, the All tab will not load all of your things, unless you scroll down. Try navigating to the respective Item category and the item will be visible. You currently have 81 …

After trading with another player for items : example roses
The item doesn't exist for trade but clearly in my storage

Second: when the OC is ready, but when I travel, it should ping red letter, but never pings at all for me

Last: when I tried to click on crimes, eg: pick pocket old lady, the crime ends up being something else instead : larcency / pick pocket begger

Please help

The item doesn't exist for trade but clearly in my storage

If you have too many things in your inventory, the All tab will not load all of your things, unless you scroll down. Try navigating to the respective Item category and the item will be visible. You currently have 81 Roses in your inventory that you can trade.

The warning is clearly mentioned, you probably skip past the confirmation, try looking for it next time and if it does not show up when it should, then grab a screenshot of your OC page and the travel page.

I have found a single log of you doing a Larceny crime that was a month ago, but whenever you click Pickpocketing Old Lady/Business man, it has worked correctly:
