When i do the Sci-fi i get intermittent results not gaining DVD although it says success:

You used 2 nerve successfully copying DVDs

This is the result but it differs from the other by not generating a DVD at the end. Its the only one i seem to get it on so don't know whethers is RNG but as it says success is should reward.

Happened 4 times only on Sci-Fi

This should be fixed now. There was one outcome that had a missing Effect which was causing this.
