Depends, anything found in the dump was dumped for a reason.

Unless you’re really really lucky, and someone dumped something actually worth anything then… nah.

Mainly merit. Chances are you won't find anything but on super rare occasion some nice fellas might dump something nice into the pool of shit

The only thing to really add is sometimes when people quit they will dump stuff as a "giveaway" it's pretty rare but there have been a few noteworthy times it's happened.
