It is always stuck at 100 unless you move to Donator/Subscriber status as mentioned above, then it goes up to 150. But once you can afford it or it is provided to you, you have the Option to take the Drug Xanax which gives you +250E. Everyone in Torn has a maximum Energy Threshold of 1000E (stacked upon taking 4 Xanax)
