I hit the level 71 rank trigger a couple weeks ago but didn't rank up. Any idea why?

As Cheesus mentioned, ghost ranks can impact rank changes. From the looks of things, you had hit the 500m networth trigger around this time period (see picture), but you're currently at a NW of about 230m (less than 500m)
