Stock Market - Volatility Update

Waited a few days, yet my disappointment is the same. What were we supposed to wait for ? Sure, graph ''looks'' volatile again, but it doesnt f*** matter if the value itself is exactly the same trash as before. TCI, second most expensive stock, had uptrend for a whole day, and yet its only 1.54$ increase... If this is not a joke, what is ?

Do you seriously expect people to use this going forward? This isnt just about market balancing or whatever, this is destroying legit gameplay styles and many peoples main income of money, so they dont have to fly overseas for damn plushies and actually get to play torn.

I've been paying this game for god knows how long now. Ched has literally nerfed nearly everything in the grand over and over to nothingness. He's taken the fun out of the game to the point trend of thousands of players have quit numerous times in the past.

The only thing i log into the game to do anymore is trade stocks. I don't even do crimes or even train sometimes. I also want to add i day and swing trade stocks in real life, and invest, and can tell you no, the update isn't much like real life stocks on my opinion. You certainly can't place any proper buy or sell orders like you can in real life.... which in my opinion needs to be implemented. It's dumb that you literally can't do this and is a basis of buying and selling stocks.

You have Penny and low cap stocks that are "volatile" and can move hundreds, or even thousands of percents in a single day. High caps that might move <1 to 3% in a day, unless a random ticker has a big move more than that.

Anyway, nerfed warring. Nerfed respect gains. Nerfed battle stats. Nerfed training gains. Nerfed the effectiveness of the battle stats you spent years acquiring. Nerfed the stock market multiple times.

Why even have anything in the game if you just keep nerfing and taking everything away that made the game fun? I'll soon just be another player that quits yet again if ched thinks I'm just gonna log in daily to day trade as usual logging in over and over to not make crap to even make it worthwhile to bother logging in multiple times a day to check market prices.

Also, thanks for the heads up on the stockmarket screen Ched to give us a chance to sell shares before the update for those that don't go running to read the forums everyday.

I swear i think Ched owns the toy company "Nerf."

This is the biggest movement in any stock since the update 12th midday, 0.55% down then 0.44% up

Apart from this one stock lost 0.47% in 12 hours so lets hope we see more examples over the weekend of returning movement

I wonder if it will be possible to work what the volatility time-period is soon. ie. maximum movement of X in a 3,5,7 day period or something?

Clicks on stocks that have had a profit in the last 24 hours...

20 out of 35 had a rise !! Sounds good...But wait..

11 of them are less than 0.10% the commission for selling so you would be would of pocket..

So 9 out of 35 had a rise OVER 0.1%

BIGGEST increase.. 0.36%

Soo if my maths are correct... .26% profit.

On 1bn that'd be 2.6m.
10bn = 26m
100bn = 260m

Yeah, Im kind of guessing that the amount of donators and subbers is going to flat line too..If I had not cancelled my subs I would do it today in disgrace and shame.

Suggestion remove the 0.10% selling fee. --> vote it here remove the selling fee.

Staff doesn't want to crash the stock economy and then make a short-notice, massive change to how the market functions because they want to leave you over the edge of a cliff. No, this is a carefully planned and thought out adjustment to tweak the economy that should have no significant impact on you. In fact, you aren't that boat at all.
