Same here, i got the items for the mission "Out of the frying pan", and even did the objectives (go to jail, use the one med to get hospitalized, then use the other one to get out of hospital), and still nothing changed. Will I be able to do the mission still, after already having used the items?

Same issue for me. The Tree Huggers mission from Duke. Same thing as everyone before where it doesn't matter how many times I click Accept it won't start the mission.

affecting me as well for Estranged mission
