We have reverted the patch that was pushed an hour ago. There's some underlying logic that is making things worse with the patch. We will have to tackle the issue in some other way.

Yeah it doesn't seem to be fixed yet. Here is an attack that was done 11:01:29 TCT, so after the patch was presumably reverted.

I pushed fixes for outside hit checking (recruit and retal issues).
We know there are another issues like this https://torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=19&t=16341638&b=0&a=0&start=40&to=23675774
and issue while switching the wall and attack.
I'll start to work on it when we are sure recruit and retal issue are fixed. Please let me know if you face ED issue. Please give me an attack link, attack ID or activity logs (the best option) like this:
