How to Unblock someone in Chat? I tried to remove them from block lists but I cannot chat them. not just 1 person but 20 people. Appreciate all answers. Thank you!

To unblock someone you've blocked in chat, go to the blue People tab in the lower right, and click Blocked. There will be a list of those you have chat blocked, and you can click the x by their name to remove them.
If you are unable to chat people you have not blocked, they likely have their chat settings to "only people you know or have met".
