After the island war it was a regroup and reorganize, definitely not a rebuild. Our allies and members certainly didn't forget that we exist when we lost a grand total of zero territories from that war and gained some critical allies in its aftermath.

This wasn't Monarch's first rodeo with internal drama that all the outsiders said would end our faction. It's as if you expected all the players that make up Monarch to just melt away. We're like Freddy Krueger. You can't kill us. We just come back with the same dominance, shallow character development, and cheesy plot arcs.
