I leased my property to someone. Can I break the lease agreement, ie. Terminate it at any time?

To my knowledge, lease agreements are set in stone and will stay in effect until they expire.

Essentially your leased property is theirs until the lease expires.

"Once the lease is in effect, neither party can alter the terms (price, length including canceling the lease, and upgrades)."

No. You can't do anything till the lease is up. I lost a month leasing to a guy who got feded.

Nope. Can't cancel... I read once that someone accidently leased a PI to someone else for 3000 months lol

You lost nothing, they pay upfront

It wasn't about the money. I rented it for $1 to a newbie (Faction member). When they got faded it felt like a waste. Could've given it to someone else who needed it. Learned my lesson and now I don't lease properties to newbies for more than 7 days. They can ask for an extension if they want.

How on earth could that happen? I thought max term was 31 days at a time.

Not sure about the 3000 months, but certainly rentals can be for more than 31 days :)
