I've have big al's gunshop and want to get the bunker points but need to advance weapons how?

Well that was probably a waste of money. "advanced weapons" are rank war weapons and they're worth 100's millions so you kind of got it at a bad point.
Edit: Just forget about it. You can't use it effectively and it's honestly not even worth the money or time. Rates are so bad

Bunker points can be earned when you trade RW weapons for them. To get RW weapons you will need open weapon caches or buy them from traders for 100s of millions.
2500 points isn't a good investment to get the Bunker at your levels. It's mainly for large RW weapon traders. As suggested above, forget about it and continue onwards with your game.
