It’s been a chaotic few months in Torn City, with the island war reigniting, Crimes 2.0 released, and a devilish Torn character declaring his departure - we don’t believe it for a minute. With so much happening over the summer period, we’re expecting your meme game to be strong. You may reference any events from the past few months in your memes, but we’re giving you a rough cutoff of whenever the last newsletter came out.
