Thanks for supporting Torn. Like Odin-All-Father said, when you donate, you get the item Donator Pack. It's in the Supply Packs and Special areas of your inventory. Use that to get the 150 E + points etc.
The bonus goes to chedburn xD

Buying a donator pack only gives you it, you still have to open it to receive the bonus
