It's never really worth restarting tbh, or atleast it requires exceptional circumstances. You can work using the stats you have already built and you now don't have to wait for play time merits. I would definitely just continue that account and go from there
Free energy refills in the points building. For well paid jobs it depends on your job stats. If you have high job stats then go for oil rig. For low job stats go for Adult Novelties.
