I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.

Have cleared my cache and still same issue. Everything else loads perfectly.

Using Chrome on PC, Safari on mobile and it still works on mobile

same, works on mobile but still cant access on desktop.

tried logging out and logging in too, nothing.

Do you happen to have any user scripts active when trying Skimming?

Can you replicate the issue in Incognito mode with all of your scripts and extensions turned off?

No, it loads perfectly fine in Incognito with scripts disabled

Then it is something local to your existing session. Try clearing the site data for Torn and enable your scripts one by one to troubleshoot which one is causing the issue.
