I think the best thing you could do right now is learn to spell "literally" correctly.

best thing I can recommend. ignore it. med out. have friends collect the bounties so he wastes his money. if your faction gets early dismissal you can quickly blow through any bounties on you. crying to others about it though is a sure way to make more enemies though.
