Hi was just curious about the bargain hunter honour, it says to achieve this you need to win 10 auctions, I have however won 33 according to my personal stats. Is this a bug?

Your wins were in the old system, and you have not won any auctions since the award was introduced. You will need to win one auction in the current system to trigger the award.
