Alter my logo

Hey - looking for an image to be altered. Not sure if its allowed apologies if not

looking to have it changed from SB heating and gas services to SB Properties and to be made as close in style to the original as possible, remove the little flame from the S in SB and a simple little house in the logo somewhere, (possibly in the little bubble where the flame is?)

Willing to spend 80-100 Million, but if thats not the going rate let me know - no animation its for real life on my emails haha pretty terrible at forums so the link below has the picture but have a few variations I could sent privately if it comes out fuzzy or for what ever reason it doesn't work

had a look at rules didnt see anything on logos just no real life cash trading? - in theory If i set up a property brokers on the site would that then make it ok?

Technically if you have a torn company with that name then u could use that same logo ...altho it would have to be modified to torn company banner size
