I am slowly working my way through plushie runs, and stealing energy drinks from the grocery store, plus some stolen chocolate bars and a bit of mugging, towards a private island.

Could someone tell me the cost of upkeep on a private island with a runway?

Assuming you only hire the pilot and no other modifications, you're looking at 130k/day I think

You should be renting a PI w airstrip in the meantime, the extra 10 items/day pays for itself if you fly more than twice/day :)

Why did I not do any damage?

Because their Defense is much much higher than your Strength.

At 14x their defense will completely mitigate all incoming damage.
