Hey folks. I'm offering roughly 20x your highest stat, or more depending on your merits/stat balance.

I've done the whole director thing in the past and enjoyed it. I've never started a company from scratch and it has been fun so far. We've grown from 0 to 10* in 8 months and 2 days. When we've been at 20 employees we were at 100% popularity and I'd like to get there again.

Pay is stat dependent, but I pay well and I have a good site manager, so your stats don't have to be crazy high, but I'd like at least 50k for your highest stat. Reach out to me via message with your stats and I can make you an offer or you can tell me what you are looking to make.

I do ask that you rehab at a reasonable rate and stay active. If you miss a day here and there it is no big deal. We all have lives. Also, trains will be provided free and shared evenly.

I did need 6, but now I'm back to 5. Great workers so far. I've got good enough stats to be 3* but yet I'm barely more than half staffed. Come and join the ride to the top. Or at least above the 1* we currently are.
