How do you get one to do crimes requiring a license??

You need to send dn's to duke
You don't need one because you aren't capable of using one successfully at level 2.
If you're at level 2 you need to be stealing a lot of jackets...and only doing that...for a very long time.
This is why you need to quit Crimes 1.0.
You need to be on Crimes 2.0 doing Search for Cash instead.
That's a far better way to grow.

You need to do the education course in General Studies to get a driving licence. Don't mistake it for a racing licence, they are different.
You have to take general studies under education courses
