I subscribed recently cause I've been playing the game for almost 7 years
I've not gotten any of the monthly loot though

From the wiki: “Subscribers receive two special items on the first day of every month (randomly after 5 TCT).”

You get the rewards on the first of the month. You have already received the reward on 1st September, next draw will be tomorrow morning.
