The loss of progress on your account can not be calculated for you at your current point in the game. If you REALLY just gotta be in charge, buy one already started, might even have members.
Not trying to harsh your buzz friend but starting a faction from scratch means you have nothing to offer members other than you personally and your not strong enough to gather worthwhile numbers to be successful.
