Suddenly Missing Every Attack

Targets that I often use for missions and easily defeat with one or two hits are suddenly impossible to beat.

I'm missing every attack while they slowly drain my health.

Example:
I just lost to this one.
Their total battle stats are under 2k. Mine are over 40k.
I even used pepper spray in this battle, still missed every hit.

Something has changed.

Here are the four previous attacks on the same player where I very easily win

It's not just this target. It happened 7 times in a row to different targets.

Looks like an actual bug.

even grenade done 0 damage

We had members with company perks reducing speed by 25%

A likely related issue with one guy getting damage mitigation on a target far weaker than him

It happen to me too, i deal 0 damage or missed my shots, until stalemat, yet all whome i attack are the same i attacked 3 people all the same
I could beat them yesterday, but today i can't

Same problem. Doing Duke Frenzy mission. Recently changed faction so was using an old one hit wonder target as no respect earned during recruit phase.
Was sll good for 8 attacks,then poo hit fan and now getting stomped.

I'm having the same issue today too. Can't land a hit on people I've previously defeated easily.

Same problem here - landed every hit on a usual chaining target but every hit was "mitigated".

Looks like that one's about zero damage. This one is about not being able to hit. They could be related, but they may be separate issues. So they should probably stay separate bug threads.

Is the issue still ongoing for you then? Because the other seems resolved.
