Is there a weapon that makes anon attacks impossible? i just got mugged right after entering SA and i want to make sure i know who did if it happens again

You can't make someone else's stealth impossible. You could attach a light mod to your weapon, use a dexterity-reducing temp, and/or increase your own dexterity. To reduce the possibility. If your attacking settings are setup correctly to actually use these items in a defend.
a 5* music store will reduce enemy stealth, which will also help
