what property price do you use to calculate the HRG payout? sale to agent price?

Are the payout values automatically updated? It seems like some of the payout values are very off. For example, six packs of alcohol currently cost almost 3x the displayed payout value, and ASS should be better than even FHG.
Does it work for you guys? My previous copy returns this error:

did you make a copy and add your api? the values dont update unless you follow the instructions

It seems that either the 3.0 needs to be updated or I'm doing something wrong but it only shows I own 1 stock when I own 3. Is it missing WSU and GRN?
