Is there any more info on whens best to try the poline officer for the merit? I only get the star when he's running, but have failed everytime with a lot of crits that take anywhere from 3 to 9 levels away.

Is it best to build up CS first and then try the cop?

I was 0 for 10 on a cop (no crits though, just regular fails) and got the unique literally a few seconds after a crit fail on a business woman lol. So I don't think it matters much
