The mini profile pic in the top right for settings has vanished and grey default man is slipping out of his frame.

On mobile, i turned torn tools off and refreshed but still there

Was about to make a forum considering this as well..

Also there's an issue to set pictures as profile. (Used this before and it worked fine)

This issue has been resolved in my case profile picture seems to be working ok now.
