I have a shared vault on my pi with my partner. My deposits and withdrawals of cash are now showing on my partners tab and not mine. I have to keep adjusting the balances manualy

Torn does not natively track individual balances. This is being done by a third party extension/tool, you will have to contact them to have it rectified.
