When attacking people for treats is there any "Better" option between. Leave, Mug or Hospitalize ?

Nope, all the same
I was also surprised that the targets level has no bearing on chance of treat/amnt of treats.. You can just do a search for everyone level 1-20 that has been inactive for longer than a month and there is a list of tens of thousands targets to grind. Sure, 80% are in hospital already but theres a few on every page you can hit and theres thousands of pages to browse.. since theyre all easy weak targets you can 1 tap them with your spooky melee weapon.
if your doing a chain with halloween event, leave is best for respect for your faction
