As I know, some jobs give you opportunity to exchange job points for stats. How is it done? Is it like 1 job point = 5 energy spent on this stat in gym? Or what is the formula for exchanging job points for stats?

The excel sheet formula for it is:
=min(stat to be trained * 0.0002, 10000)
or
stat * 0.0002 with a cap of around 10k
=min(stat to be trained * 0.0002, 10000)
or
stat * 0.0002 with a cap of around 10k
From what I remember the cap is 10k then you get an additional 1 for every 50 happy or something stupid :P
