Don't really have good battle stats and can't attack others, is there any other way to make money during Halloween.

If your battle stats are more than 10/10/10/10 then there are thousands of inactive level 1's that never used the gym once, you can beat all of them. Even if your stats are 10/10/10/10, they don't have weapons and armor …

You can literally attack anyone, pick from your missions list or people that are 15 days old (outside of greenleaf), you can still make a killing :) sure, you'll get hit more, but use med cd and fly when its maxed and you can still probably get in at least a couple hundred attacks
Faction armories will typically have better weapons and armor than their members can afford on their own, no need to spend your own cash. But yes, basically this. Look for people with last action = age.
Don't they need a Halloween basket tho?
