Someone is any stealthed player. You are just unfortunately a super easy target at the worst time of year to be attackable.

But man, you joined during one of the biggest attacking events of the year, yet you've been attacked on average 1 a day since you started. That aint shit. You've also been a green leaf that whole time so you've only been attacked because you've been attacking.

For him it will, but the friend who set the bounty will get the name of whoever hosped their target. At least that's how it used to work unless it changed recently.
if the attack is stealthed, the bounty claim will be stealthed too
Yes, it remains stealthed. The only time this works is when you have the Duke mission to attack the person who collects a bounty you placed.
