I dont know who will need this but i found out you can easily complete this contract.
1. Buy P-90 (primary) or Minigun (if u can afford it) and BT MP9 (secondary) and the ammos of course
2. Attack this inactive player redeye1139
3. Just use both weapon and you could probably only use 25 to 50 energy to complete the contract
4. Since that inactive player have a lot of Def (129.000) stats but low Spd (19), You will get 25 rounds and stalemate the attack.
P.S.
Dont do this if you are trying to achieve Kill Streaker honor
