also it will consume 1/3 of your max health so you have to have over that and have your med cooldown below max
Also, there is a merit once you fill 250. And the education course is VERY helpful when you play in Ranked Wars because it's the most health refill and hospital time reduction for the medical cooldown. You will want to make Intravenous Therapy your first education priority. And definitely get involved in Ranked Wars to earn money.
In addition if you get the AB+ blood type you might want to consider restarting. when you unlock the blood bag ability you fill it and the bag will change name to what your blood type is. if it is AB+ you will be unable to self hospitalize which makes wars almost impossible and trading impossible.
