Why are so many people so strict or so serious about the forum page because umm if so could yall explain why is it that important to keep it in such good order

If you mean the forum categories:
Some people browse specific categories to avoid certain posts (avoiding P&L, some of the social ones, some people avoid GN-R cause it's shit now, but everyone has their categories and reasons)
So when something pops up in their category that shouldn't be there, it's annoying
OR, it may be content that they're looking to see, for example, I love seeing questions that people have, and being able to answer them.
So, for example, this post should really belong in Q&A. Because I don't browse GN-R (because it's shit), but I found a question here that could have been answered sooner if it was in the right category
(I saw this because it appeared in Popular Threads. Apparently it's been a slow day)

Yes. If you put it in the wrong forum by mistake, just report your own post by clicking on the report button (on the right of the quote " button) and request it to be moved to the right section
So if you posted a question about the game in general nonreleated or general discussion, you won't get good answers right? So you can have it moved to questions and answers forum by reporting. You can also ask for your thread to be graved by using the same button

If everyone placed everything in different categories, it would be a lot more difficult to find information and navigate the forums. So although people may come across as meticulous, wanting a question thread moved to Q&A will help any other person in future to come across this question who may be asking themselves the same thing.
