I kept bouncing around between 33-37, finally at 40 and praying I've broke the curse
The curse comes back at 80. Been bouncing there for a few days now.
There are Meat Warehouses with job openings. The 3* perk halves CE and CS loss from critical fails, that's a huge benefit in C2 where there are no safe crimes.
Stop pickpocketing business people when your skill is in the 30s/40s and your issue will go away.

I agree this is the worst crime so far. The crit fails on easy targets are brutal. I never even want to attempt anyone else because that crit fail is even worse
Yeah, I definitely feel like the pickpocketing crime is unbalanced, when I first started I remember getting all the way to skill level 8, one crit fail dropped me all the way back down to skill level 1. I’ve been doing the crime for about 2 weeks and have worked my way up to skill level 34 now. What I’ve found is basically stick to homeless, elderly and drunk people. Occasionally I take a chance on distracted or on the phone young people. (That last sentence sounds very bad out of context)
