How are we supposed to access the other locked missions (beyond the tutorial one)? Do they open as we do random stuff?

Duke should unlock once you complete all of George’s missions. He provides 1 mission a day. Anonymous will also unlock but his only mission is to complete 10 Duke missions.

You have to reach level 5 to unlock anonymous (which unlocks duke), so rush that and you'll get access to duke missions :)
