I just started the "attention and awareness" course; it's 22 days, 9hours, 36 mins. I'm almost sure now that I am not getting a deduction for my education courses. As of this post, I still haven't received a deduction on my course. I've maxed out education merits, I should get full deduction. I reported this bug 10 days ago, and I was told I'm getting the deductions. I am not, and I was basically brushed off by whoever looked at my situation.

PSY2680 Attention and Awareness takes 28 days. Sounds like the deductions are applied just like expected.
You are getting shown the reduced amount of time already.
I have already given you an explanation here. You do not need to file a bug report for each education course that you take, the reduction is applied is already applied to the course time shown on the Education page.
