OD'd but didnt have a drug addiction to rehab.

    Natural decay of addiction takes place around 4 AM - 5 AM TCT, that would have cleared away the addiction that you acquired by overdose. You do not have any addiction currently for the rehab to work. Thanks!

I OD'd last night before going to bed on Ecstacy.
I flew out to Switzerland to restore my Happiness.
But when i checked this morning it said i didnt have a drug addiction so I couldn't do rehab.

Have to add I have done a rehab the same day so it was low, but i thought any OD would give you extra Addiction points so Rehab was always possible after it.

If this is normal behaviour i guess im just unlucky.

My guess would be seeing that you OD'd at 23:00TCT, that you landed in switzerland after torn's new day and that natural decay removed any addiction you might have had.
