Basically at some point in torns history something went so badly with the database, either corruption, incorrect data or otherwise, that the developers of torn had to restore the game to a previous state.
This means that anything that happened between the rollback date and the backup effectively did not happen as it was all deleted.
Either fortunately for us or unfortunately for merit hunters this hasnt happened in some time
the process of restoring a database or program to a previously defined state, typically to recover from an error.
Basically at some point in torns history something went so badly with the database, either corruption, incorrect data or otherwise, that the developers of torn had to restore the game to a previous state.
This means that anything that happened between the rollback date and the backup effectively did not happen as it was all deleted.
Either fortunately for us or unfortunately for merit hunters this hasnt happened in some time
